FAQ

Your Shapeasy™ sheath is a slimming girdle that has many uses. It instantly refines your silhouette, gives you a flat stomach effect and perfectly sculpts your body. It also facilitates weight loss, as it helps eliminate toxins and fats through perspiration.

It is recommended to wash it after each use, especially after exercise or sports sessions. Wash by hand in cold water with mild detergent. Squeeze and drain. You must wash your girdle by hand, at a maximum temperature of 30°c. Then wring it out carefully (without wringing it out) and let it dry in the open air.

Just put it on like a traditional pantyhose, pull the part provided for this purpose up to below the chest and you're done!

Tracking numbers are assigned to packages when they are shipped. When your package is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to check its status.

You can track your order in the general menu "track my order". If you encounter any difficulties afterwards, please contact us via the contact page in the main menu.

If you have not received your order within the chosen delivery time, you can check the status of your order to ensure that it has been shipped accordingly.

Not long! We know no one wants to wait long for their package to arrive. 

Your order will be delivered to your home within 5 to 15 days for $9.95 .

It usually takes about 5 working days after your package has been sent. Items ordered will be shipped as soon as possible once the order is processed but the delivery time may vary up to 15 days depending on the shipping address and product availability.

If you have not still received your package after 15 days, please contact us via the contact page in the main menu. 




Please contact the shipping service provider - they will usually reship your package the next business day or ask you to pick it up at their office.

In these cases, we recommend that you contact the courier service as soon as possible. If your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please follow these steps:

  • Look around your door to see if a delivery notice has been left. 

  • To protect your order from theft or weather, some delivery people may leave it around bushes, in a grill, in a plastic bag, around your porch, or in some other place where it can be protected.

  • Make sure that someone else has not received your package. It is also likely that a neighbour received your order or that a family member was available in your home.

  • Wait 36 hours. Sometimes companies mark an order as "Delivered" while the package is still in transit. If after this waiting period, please contact the shipping company.


If all of the above steps have not been successful, please contact us immediately and we will help you. 

The size can be a little intimidating if you are new to the online command set. But don't worry - we've got you covered! Be sure to go to the "Size" tab under product information on our product pages.  

Shipping your order in no time is our top priority to ensure that it will be delivered to you as planned and promised.

Once processed (most of the time within minutes!), cancellations or changes cannot be made, but don't worry!

We suggest you try our product first to see the benefits it can do and if there is more we can do to make it right, we have an easy return and free exchange as explained here.


We will be happy to allow returns and exchanges for items in their original condition when :

  • The item you purchased is not suitable for you.
  • The item you purchased is defective
  • The item you purchased is incomplete
  • The item you purchased is incorrect

If your purchase does not fit, you have 30 days to request a new size and we will send it to you as soon as possible! For these cases, you can contact us via the contact page in the main menu.

If there is anything else wrong with your order, please make sure you are familiar with our return policy before proceeding. You can view our return process here.

Please do not return anything without letting us know first!

When it comes to refunds, we usually work on a case-by-case basis, but here are our basic refund rules:

Refunds can be made up to 30 days after your order. Once this period has elapsed, we will assume that you are satisfied with your items and that your sale will be final.

Shipping costs are unfortunately still non-refundable. Once your item has been shipped, we have already paid the supplier and we cannot even collect the money ourselves - even if we ask nicely!

Shapeasy reserves the right to refuse any returns or refund requests, but this is just legal jargon that we have to add here just in case. Please, if there is a problem with your order, please give us a chance to make things right!

If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account one last time before contacting us - refunds sometimes take some time to be officially processed and appear on your account. For your peace of mind, also contact your card company (the financial institution that provided you with your card) and inquire about the status of your refund.

You should definitely contact us if your credit card issuer says they don't see any refunds to process - we'll certainly have to double-check.
